True Healing Takes Time

Are you committed to rebuilding your health in a slow and gradual process?

Do you want to get well without depriving yourself of all of the great pleasures in life?

Do you have a lack of energy?

If you answered yes to one of the above questions then this article may just be for you, and if you answered yes to two or more of the above answers this article is for you!

I have simplified and broken down the Body Ecology program into steps that can be easily implemented and followed. In the following article we will briefly discuss the first stage of healing your inner eco system and establishing a foundation for wellness.

The first stage in getting well and creating energy can be looked at as a pyramid, there are three key facets to this stage. If you were to draw a triangle you may put CORRECT DIGESTION in the bottom left hand corner, then you would draw a line going to the right and you would write CREATE ENERGY, then linking the two up to the top centre of the pyramid you would write CLEANSE. These three key facets are the vital ingredients to build a healthy foundation in which to create true health on. Without this foundation or with a poor foundation you would not be able to get well, no matter what pills you took or diet’s that you tried. It would be like building a house made with sticks and stones, when you should be creating a solid home of bricks or timber. You can not get well, unless you have these three fundamental building blocks in place of cleansing, correcting digestion, and creating energy.

So what should your goals be for healing your health if you are starting from square one?

CLEANSING - This stage is the stage that you should be cleansing your colon. I recommend seeing a colon hydra therapist to clean out all the baddies.

CORRECTING DIGESTION – You can correct your digestion by healing and restoring the inflamed gut. The best way to correct your digestion is to ease up on your intake of sugar, soda drinks, fast food, and other unhealthy high in fat foods.

CREATING ENERGY - Eating easy to digest liquid food will help you in this area. There is a plenty of beautiful delicious tea’s, an array of mouthwatering soups, and there are some yummy juice bars around town now.

ATTITUDE - This is something that we didn’t cover above but developing a positive attitude toward food, and your body is healthy and makes the journey more enjoyable. Having a positive attitude toward food and your body helps you achieve your goal of good health faster, with more pleasure, and greater satisfaction.

Good health takes time, and is a step-by-step process. We are all unique individuals, there is no best way to heal our inner ecology. But with a positive attitude, perseverance, and a little knowledge you can gain truly great health.
